Salary: Up to £30,000.00 + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000.00) + car or car allowance

We are looking for a new Account Manager to deliver account management to a number of clients in the Wiltshire region.
The Account Manager will develop a deep understanding of each client's business, their requirement and ther priorities and will then use this knowledge to ensure that we provide them with a valuable and relevant service. You will work with technical colleagues to ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction and will act as a point of escalation for managing any service delivery issues for your clients.You will also work with the internal sales team and Technical Consultants to close down open quotes and achieve target for the region.
You will attend regular review meetings with your clients to identify additional products and services that could be valuable to the client, as well as ensuring that their contract is appropriate for them. You will then ensure that the Connectwise system and colleagues are up to date with any client news, updates and feedback.
You will ideally have 3 years experience in an account management or sales role, using a consultative sales model. You will have a good understanding of the technology sector and will have experience of selling IT systems and services. You will also have great communication skills and be confident dealing with Client stakeholders at all levels. As a person, you will be friendly and personable, and hungry for success. You will be a great team player and will be keen to learn and develop your career.
